Ingredients

Scale

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Use immediately or store in an air-tight container and keep in a cool, dry place.

Notes

Makes 1 cup of self-rising flour. Store for up to 6 months or until date of baking powder expiration.
